Karen Anne McCullough is more than a retired hospital Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nurse Executive. She is the granddaughter of an Irish immigrant who fled her country in search of independance and happiness. Throughout her travails and trials the matriarch learned a lot and promised to teach the women in family how to become independant and fulfilled.
Her debut novel, What the Callen Women Know, is a captivating family saga, written so she could share her grandmother's story and learnings to help others on their life's journey. When not writing, Karen can be found outside tending to her four-seasons garden, or in the kitchen, creating meals from locally sourced ingredients. |
